have models for sale. Cochise Valley Homes has built approximately
100 houses in the area including the surrounding communities
of Turkey Creek, Cochise, Sunizona and Elfrida.
Cochise Valley Homes is in
Pearce-Sunsites, Arizona and was founded in 1994. Located in
Southeastern Arizona in Cochise County, Sunsites is nestled
in the western part of the Sulphur Springs Valley next to the
Dragoon Mountains and Cochise Stronghold. We're proud of our
commitment to fine workmanship and that we re-started the new
growth and building of homes in the retirement community of
Sunsites.
Our lots are located on or
around the greens of Shadow Mountain Country Club. This 18-hole
golf course offers year round golfing in a temperate high desert
climate. Enjoy spectacular views of the Dragoon Mountains with
Cochise Stronghold and the Chiricahua Mountains.
